Looking for a third flatmate to join us in a spacious 3-bed flat in the Islington area, very close to all the great shops, restaurants and bars around Essex Rd and Upper St, with a short walk into Hackney and De Beauvoir Town too.

You’d be sharing with two 26 year old professionals who are chilled and enjoy both hanging out in the flat as well as going out to pubs, for coffee and for great food too in the local area!

The flat is over two floors, with a garden and enclosed porch that has space for bike storage. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, as well as a large kitchen and separate living room area which is perfect for nights in watching tv or hosting friends.

The bedroom is a double room with large wardrobe for clothes and storage. House contains further storage space in downstairs cupboard if needed. Desk set up in the corner of the living room which our previous flatmate has been using for WFH.

Perfect location for a quick commute into central London, with a short walk to several bus routes, as well as to the following train stations:

- 10 min walk to Canonbury overground
- 15 min walk to Highbury & Islington tube
