- Furniture: The room comes furnished, but I have a couple of extra pieces I’m happy to leave behind and sell to you at a very cheap, discounted rate to save you the hassle of buying new!

- The House: A spacious layout with 2 additional bathrooms and a great shared living room to unwind in.

- The Logistics: Rent is £1,196 per month (bills not included). The property is in Council Tax Band F.

🍻 The Housemates & Vibe

You’ll be moving in with three male professionals in their late 20s and early 30s. They are a social, and easy-going group of guys. This is a social household, not a place where people just hide away in their rooms! They love hanging out together, heading down to the local pub for a pint, and are big sports fans—whether that is following games on TV together or getting out to play.
