Hi! My flatmate and I are leaving our 2 bedroom flat located on Essex Road (near Angel tube station).

1 of the bedrooms is available from 25th June 2013 and the other bedroom (my room) is available from 28th June 2013.

Rent is £736 per calendar month and per room, which is £170 per week per room.

This flat is fully furbished and includes:
- A double bed, a wardrobe and a desk in each of the bedrooms
- A couch, a table, a coffee table, a fridge and a washing machine in the kitchen / living room.
- A shower, a toilet and a sink in the bathroom.

The kitchen uses gas hob and also has an oven and microwave.
It is on the 1st floor of a 2-floor flat.
Water bills and the internet are included.
All windows are double-glazed.

Many buses (73, 341, 38, 476, 56 etc!) run on Essex Road and there is a bus stop right outside the entrance to the flat.
