Double room on Essex Road - £950 Including bills

Hi,

I am looking for a professional to move into a lovely double room on Essex Road. I am the live in landlady; the flat has two rooms.

It is on the ground floor in a block of flats on Essex Road, there is a spacious living room and corridor area.

The room includes a double bed, a bedside table, set of drawers and a large cupboard. There is also storage space underneath the bed.

The flat is fully furnished with many plates, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. The flat includes: Sky TV and broadband.

The property has a washing machine room, a large bike shed outside as well as a small communal garden.

Ideally, I would like a female housemate, who is sociable, has an active lifestyle & driven by their careers. Someone who is a fitness fan would be a plus :)
