Hey there! Our flatmate Elpis is moving out, so we’re on the hunt for someone new to take his room and join our cozy little home!

About the Room: It’s a bright, cozy room that’s partly furnished and ready for move-in on the 4th of May (date not flexible). Rent is £669ish a month, which covers water and council tax.. The deposit is around £779, and bills are usually about £60 a month per person for gas and electricity and around £9 for broadband.

About the Flat: We’ve got a good-sized kitchen with two fridges and a tumble dryer (super handy for those rainy London days!). There’s no living room, but we do have a small balcony where you can catch some sun or hang your laundry. Transport-wise, we’re in a fantastic spot – 15 minutes walk to Angel station (Northern Line), 10 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground), and close to Canonbury Overground. Plenty of buses stop right outside too (38, 73, and 341, among others).

Living here, you’ll have Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and an awesome organic fruit shop just steps away, plus Trade Coffee (a flat fave). And if you like eating out or shopping, Upper Street, Angel and Dalston are close by with loads of great spots.

About Us: You’ll be living with Aurora, Liam, and Matteo – we’re a friendly, easy-going bunch who keep things clean and respect each other’s space. We have our own busy schedules but often have a nice chat or hangout when we’re all around. It’s definitely not a party house, though!

We’re looking to find someone mature, clean, tidy, quiet in the late evening hours (after 10pm) and friendly who’s respectful of shared spaces and knows what it means to house-share.
Ideally, you don’t work from home, since some of us are students and have different schedules. LGBTQIA+ friendly, of course!

A Few Practicalities: The lease goes through August 2025, so you’ll need to sign with our agency and provide some documents (references, recent payslips, and bank statements). After this we can renovate the lease for another year.
