Double room in Central London - MAY move in

I am moving out so we will subletting my 1 double bedroom in our 4-bedroom maisonette. I will move out mid May so I am flexible with the moving in date. The contract is until September with the option to renew it for another year.

We have with a large kitchen and dining area, separate bathroom and toilet upstairs. Kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, gas hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The room:
Fully-furnished with a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 desk and lots of storage space.

Great transport links:
- 5 minute walk to Warren Street station (Northern and Victoria lines)
- 5 minute walk to Great Portland station (Circle & Hammersmith lines)
- 8 minute walk to Regent's park station (Bakerloo line)
- 10 minute walk to Euston station (Victoria/Northern/Overground)

The area:
- 5 min away: post-office, an off-license, a dentist, bank, dry cleaners/laundrette...
- A GP practice 8 minutes walk away
- Loads of shops, pubs, bars, coffee shops, markets, and restaurants within walking distance as the flat is near Regent's place
- A Sainsburys and Tesco both around 5 mins walk away

Bills (approximate per month, per person):
Water + Internet + Gas&Electricity = 80/month (this is the maximum we pay during winter months due to the extra heating used).
Council tax is £65/month

About my flatmates: currently PhD students at the Francis Crick institute. We are both easy going and love to spend our free time cooking, doing sports or hanging out with friends. We are very tidy so we would like someone that is willing to keep the shared living spaces clean and neat!
