Quiet household. you share with two cats, and me - the landlady - a mature female, and one other female actor in her 20s.. fairly easy going and like art and work in design/ culture. I’ve lived here for 30 years + so I know the area well!

I don’t smoke so no smoking, no partying, no more pets, no overnight guests unless by prior arrangement.

Bills include broadband wi-fi but small contribution to housing. Pay yout own council tax.
