I am moving out early from my tenancy, so I am looking for someone (preferably a female) to take over my nice 1 bedroom.
You will be sharing with three other girls (2 students, 1 working) living in this flat. Their tenancy ends on 30 August.
One of the girls is also leaving early, so you will basically be living with 2 other girls.
We share one bathroom and one bath.
The flat is about a 10-min walk from Euston station (Northern, Victoria and National rail) and 5-min to Mornington Crescent. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby and the flat is relatively quiet.
This bedroom has a private balcony, and it is about 12sq metres big. Loads of storage space for clothes and miscellaneous. The room comes furnished with a mirror, bed, mattress, a big wardrobe, and desk and chair.
