I’m currently living in this apartment with two flatmates, having lived here for 4 years.

It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment just a 2-minute walk from Euston Station and 10 minutes from King’s Cross. We are also close to Regent’s Park and Bloomsbury. My commute to Bank is also only 20mins by tube.

There is a double room and a large double room available to rent. Both have a double bed, desk, chair, draws and wardrobe. The large double also has a private balcony and sofa / living space.

Bills are ~£100 month plus council tax. Deposit: £666.

The flat’s split over two floors enabling each room to feel separate / providing quiet living space. Additionally the rooms have high ceilings and are bright. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and sink.

We have a shared kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

I’m a sociable, organised 23 year old professional working in the City. I will be working in the office 3+ days a week.

Our landlord operates on a 12 months fixed tenancy basis. I am looking for two flatmates to renew the tenancy for another 12 months from July 2025-2026 that want to create a friendly & homely space but value independence. I look forward to hearing from you!
