Room available 14 minute walk from UCL main campus

Hey I'm Elisabeth, and I'm a first year UCL Physics student :) I'm looking for one more female student to share my flat with.

About the flat:
* 3 bedrooms (two are currently occupied by me and another girl)
* All utility bills will be covered by me
* Total area: 57.0 sqm
* 10 min walk from Euston station, 14 min walk from UCL Bloomsbury campus
* Wooden flooring
* Separate kitchen (includes a microwave, fridge and a washing machine)
* Shared bathroom
* The available room is currently furnished with a bed only, but we can install a desk etc
* Council Tax Band:  C

About me:
* Female, Japanese/Dutch , 19
* Would really love to promote a comforting space where we can support each other
* Always happy to go out for dinner and do late night chats
* Having said that I’m naturally not a super extroverted person, so would prefer some quiet living space too
* I’m a clean person. Will do regular cleaning as agreed with flat mate

What I’m looking for:
* Someone tidy, clean, and easy going. I would love decorate the flat and make it a comfortable space for the 3 of us
* Ideally someone who can stay over the summer too and the next academic year, not just the Jan-July period
