Bright and comfortable room available in a lovely flat in Euston. The apartment gets plenty of natural light, has a balcony, and is very conveniently located just a few minutes from Euston tube/train station, with easy access to central London, universities, shops, cafés, and supermarkets.

The flat is clean, calm, and friendly, so we are looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. You will be sharing a bathroom with one more person. A student would be preferred, but we are open to the right person.

Important: this is a replacement for a previous tenant in the existing tenancy contract, not a brand-new separate contract.
