I have 3 rooms available from September in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in NW1 0HE, around 24 minutes’ walk to UCL main campus.

One room has already been renewed by an existing tenant, who is also a UCL student. This could work really well for students who are looking for a friendly flatshare rather than trying to find a whole group from scratch.

The flat is arranged over two floors, which gives it a more spacious feel than many student flats. There is a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and good sized bedrooms.

The location is convenient for UCL, CSM, SOAS, Camden, King’s Cross and central London. It should work well for students who want to live close to university while still having more space than a typical studio or halls room.
