Large Double Room Available for August in Euston

Hey!

We have a lovely large double room available from a month in August whilst I'm away travelling.

There's no shared lounge but the room is quite large and has more than enough space to entertain. There is a double bed, wardrobe, table and a set of drawers. Pictures are available on request.

Rent does not includes water, electricity, broadband and council tax. This is an extra £50.
All amenities included (kitchen/laundry etc). There's a lift in the building which is great for disabled access/ people who love to shop.

We're a 2 minute walk away from Euston station and 5 minutes from King's Cross with 4 pubs in between, making it perfect for commuting and summer boozy times.

The two other flatmates are two males, both work in banking (they're far less dull than I'm making them sound, I promise). We tend to be pretty busy but we like to mix over a home-cooked meal when we're all in.

Ideally we'd find someone for the entire duration but there is a little flexibility with dates - get in touch :)
