Large Room in Euston!

We have a room to rent in our multicultural flat, available at the end of June!

The room: Very spacious and bright room with a double bed (see photo attached). Includes comfy leather armchair, desk and chair, shelves, wardrobe. Rent is £650pcm exclusive (add ~£50 pcm for bills/council tax). The room is available from the end of June. Please note that we prefer professionals to students, so we can split the council tax expenses.

The flat: It’s a very nice international flat in great condition – two floors, two bathrooms, kitchen and the tenants’ rooms. We have wireless internet, washing machine, big fridge, microwave etc. You will be sharing with two more girls (Greek & Lithuanian) and two guys (Greek & Hungarian)!

The location: The flat is just off Hamstead road, very close to UCL. It really is an awesome location as you have plenty of tube stations within 5 min walk (Euston-Warren street-Euston Square-Mornington Crescent) and lots of buses connections. Oxford Street is within walking distance – if you cycle there is a Barclays Cycles station right outside the flat! Being so central, it is also very safe and lively. The area is very close to the famous for its Indian restaurants Drummond street and there are also many shops, pubs, bars, super/mini-markets around.

You: Please let us know a couple things about you – what you do, where from, your interests etc (a social media profile sums it up nicely), as well as when you are able to move in. We are looking for a nice laid back but responsible person (some sense of tidiness and cleaning is important!).
