I have an amazing room only 7 minutes walking from Euston station and near UCL campus accommodation. At the moment the room consists of two single beds, two wardrobes and two chest of drawers. If you are a couple we can order a double bed. There is also a balcony!
The price is £193 including all bills! You wont find a better price for this location. I expect high interest in the room so if you are interested I advise early viewings. IF you want to reserve the apartment TODAY it will cost £300. This £300 is not additional is subtracted from the cost of the deposit, thus the deposit will only be £541. :)
The office is located at 172 Royal College St, NW1 0SP. We are open Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm. I will be holding a viewing 01st October (TODAY) at 1500. I can only bring maximum four customers so please text me to confirm your place on the viewing.
