UCL - Euston amazing room with superb flatmates

One room is now available in our wonderful flat (contract ends on the 31st of August 2021). The room available is THE SINGLE BEDROOM AT 625pcm (+ charges). The room is equipped with a double wardrobe, a new desk, a chair and a bedside table.

We are three female UCL students (French, 23, Chinese, 22, Italian, 22), and found this absolute gem to rent right next to UCL: 6 mins walk, right by Regent's Park. It’s on the sixth floor of the building, it has 4 bedrooms (no living room), a big entrance, a sit-in new kitchen, a washing machine, a separate dryer, two fridges and a freezer. We are looking for one other UCL student (our age range and female preferred). The new tenant will only have to start paying from when they arrive!

Charges are about 40£ pcm per person (water, electricity/heating, internet) to be added to the price pcm/per person.

Deposit is 937,50£ per person.

No agency fee because it’s a private landlord, the flat is in perfect condition and very clean.
