Massive Room with Lounge in social Flat

We have a big room to rent in our social flat, available from November.

The room is very large, bright and with a double bed. It features a small balcony and some furniture.. It's big enough to be a room/lounge combo. It is 1,200, for singles and 1,300 per month for couples. Couples are considered but singles are preferred.

Expenses are around 70-80pcm, hot water is included in the rent.

The flat: It’s a very nice social flat in great condition – two floors, two bathrooms, kitchen and the tenants’ rooms. No living room, though we hang in the kitchen. We have wireless internet, washing machine, big fridge, microwave etc.

Us: We are three young professionals (A French girl, a Aussie girl and a New Zealander), working full time in London. We're all social and like to occasionally do things as a flat.

The location: The flat is just off Hampstead road. It really is an awesome location as you have plenty of tube stations within 5-10 min walk (Euston-Warren street-Euston Square -Mornington Crescent) and lots of buses connections. Oxford Street is within walking distance. Being so central, it is also very safe and lively. The centre of Camden is a 15 minute walk away and there are also many shops, pubs, bars, super/mini-markets around.

You: We are ideally looking for working professionals in their late 20s or early 30s. Students will be considered. We are looking for a nice, laid back, responsible and clean person. Please let us know a couple of things about yourself – what you do, where from, your interests etc, as well as when you are able to move in.

We'll be doing viewings on Sundays and during the week after work.
