Double room available during Summer 2024 - Euston

I’m currently looking for a student interested in taking over my room from the beginning of July to the end of August 2024 (exact dates to be decided).

The property consists of a fully-furnished 4 bed flat. Double bed bedroom, communal kitchen (equipped with 4 cookers, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine), bathroom and separate toilet.

The amazing location allows easy access to transport routes from Euston station (only 5 min away). It is also at walking distance from the popular Camden Town (15 min), local universities (UCL for example) and many grocery stores (Lidl, Sainsbury, etc.). The rent is £855 per month plus ~£35 for bills and super-fast broadband. The agency requires the rent to be paid in advance and the student to undergo the required referencing process.
