Hi! Me and my 2 flatmates (females and all in masters) have acquired this flat but I will be leaving the country in mid July. The take over would be from mid July onwards.

My housemates are both quiet, tidy, and respectful housemates (and in my opinion the loveliest people), we're therefore looking following the same qualities. The room available is very spacious and has it's own bathroom, in a great central location. The rent is a steal given the size of the room and the location—it's well below market rate and hasn’t changed in years.
