Cosy Renovated Home with Fantastic Location

The house has been recently renovated, with wooden floors throughout the ground floor and new carpet upstairs. We all just moved in this week: two very friendly and quiet students, and me, a train driver.

The available room is upstairs. This floor has a bathroom that I share (I’m very organized and clean). The two students live downstairs and share another bathroom.

The fridge is new, the oven and microwave are spotless, the vacuum cleaner is new, and the washer/dryer is almost new and of very high quality.

The bedroom comes with a desk, a chair, a huge wardrobe (also brand new), and a bed with a new mattress. The flat is very quiet and has a very small living room with just a table and some chairs.

The house is not a council property or an apartment (it’s fully independent with its own entrance).

The heating in the rooms is always on and each of us can adjust it as we like. You don’t have to worry about bills, because absolutely everything is included (including internet and a cleaner every two weeks).

There is also a shared rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the view.

The agency managing the property is extremely friendly and kind, and they put in a lot of effort (which is why I’ve offered to help them find someone for the remaining room).

The location is absolutely incredible: Euston Square station is 1 minute on foot, Warren Street 4 minutes, Euston Station 3 minutes, and other stations like Goodge Street, Great Portland Street, and Holborn are 15–20 minutes’ walk.
