Double room with ensuite in a well-located flat, 2 minutes from Euston Square station and 5 minutes from UCL, with easy access to Warren Street and Euston.

The flat includes a shared kitchen and living area (see photos). It’s my family’s flat, and I’ll be living there from September while studying at UCL. Some minor renovations will be completed over the summer before move-in

Looking for a fellow student who is tidy, communicative, and easy to live with. I’m generally tidy and like to keep the flat in good shape, but also enjoy a sociable, relaxed atmosphere and the occasional night out. I don’t smoke or vape but I don’t mind vaping. No smoking inside but there is an outdoor balcony available for smoking outside.
