📍 Location is in a quiet area 1 min from Farringdon station, super central and perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

📍 20 minute walk in all directions to Kings Cross/Shoreditch/South Bank/Oxford Circus

🏠 Rent is paid monthly and does not include bills which is usually £200 or so incl. council tax which is good for the area.

🏠 We got an incredible deal when we moved in during lockdown and the landlord has confirmed the price is not changing in the future.

✅Listing as my housemate is moving out in July/August and I’d love to stay here.
