I am looking for a female flatmate in this newly built 2 bed - 2 bath apartment in city of London. The flat comes fully furnished with High ceilings and under floor heating throughout. We are located in a secure building on the 3rd floor with a working lift. There is loads of hidden storage in the room which is not shown in the videos and pictures. I would highly suggest viewing the flat in person as it is much spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice.

The flat is very well connected, Walking distance from many stations and bus stops: 6 min walk away from St Paul’s station(central line), 5 mins away from Farringdon station(Elizabeth, metropolitan, district), 2 min away from City Thameslink station, 6 min away from Barbican and 10 min away from Blackfriars. There are also a number of bus stops within 2-5 min walk away.

The flat has the following bills per person:
Rent: £1300pm
Council tax: £80 pm (if you are a student you will get 50% off)
Broadband: £13 pm (fibre optic with ~250MBPS download speed)

The only other bill is electricity which can vary in summers and winters (~£50 pp). The flat does not have a water or gas bill.

A little about me, I am a 23 year old software engineer working near Angel. I am clean and tidy but also love to socialise, while being respectful of others space.
