Looking for someone to rent the second room in our flat in Farringdon. The room is quite large, and comes furnished.

The apartment is in a new warehouse style conversion, which has been renovated to an excellent standard. The property benefits from wood style flooring throughout, double glazed sash windows, high end kitchen and a unique split level layout.

Lily Place is a quiet cul-de sac ideally located just behind Hatton Garden and moments from Farringdon Station. There are several supermarkets as well as the many shops and amenities of nearby Chancery Lane.

The place is ideally located for a professional working in the city.

You’ll be sharing with myself and my partner. We are both 23 year old professionals, working in the city. We love a chat, particularly over a meal, but also value our own space and privacy. We are very clean, tidy and respectful and value that in a housemate also! We spend a lot of time out and about or at work.
