Right in the heart of a city but a very quiet and beautiful street, on the same road as the oldest church in London. 1-2 min walk to Barbican station, 5 min walk to Farringdon, 8 mins to St Pauls, 12 mins to Moorgate, 15 mins to Bank, 15 mins to Liverpool Street.

I am 26 and own the flat (and live in the second bedroom) so I can be flexible with any duration of leases. I am a young finance professional and would like to find a fun / friendly individual to share my home with, ideally someone who is around the same age as me.
