Double room - Ensuite - Right next to the station

We are letting out a double room with an ensuite in Farringdon. The flat has three rooms in total with a separate living room and kitchen. The room advertised is fully furnished. The house is right next to the tube lines with the required amenities close by.

About us, we are two working professionals from Spain and India who moved here for studies and then work. We mostly work from the office, but the house has the space and furniture required for work from home. Usually hangout together after work and on the weekends. Might host people from time to time.

This is not a sublet, your details will be passed on to the realtor if you decide to make an offer. After background checks, your name will be added to the contract along with ours. We are looking for someone long term and will prefer them staying at least for 6 months.
