Located at the heart of London near Farringdon Station and Chancery Lane Station, it is at walking distance of LSE (15min), KCL (20min) and UCL (30min), and has good public transport connections (Elizabeth line, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan line, Central line and Thameslink). Further, there is a common study room, a private courtyard with outdoor seating and a ping pong table, as well as an onsite laundry and bike storage facility. The new tenant must be a student in the UK.
The rent is £511/week, all bills included (high-speed Wifi, heating, water, electricity, etc.)
