I’m finding a replacement to take over the tenancy.

The two-bedroom flat is located in Clerkenwell ~5 minutes walk from Farringdon station and ~10 minutes from Chancery Lane, with a bus stop ~100m from the doorstep. The area directly around the flat is quiet and safe, with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, and local shops.

The flat and available bedroom are very modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and storage space. The bedroom has a private bathroom just across for exclusive use.

The flatmate staying is in his 20s, friendly, respectful, tidy and clean. He currently works in finance.

The building and flat are in great shape and well-maintained, and the flat is on a high floor. Please note that this property is not suitable for smokers.
