Description
Hello everyone,
We are looking for an additional 2 roommates for our lovely shared flat in Farringdon (Zone 1). Unfortunately, after the lovely time living together, 2 of our current flatmates are coming back to their hometown.
Please find all key facts, advantages, and small drawbacks beneath:
The room 1:
The room is furnished and contains a wide built-in wardrobe, a chest of drovers, wall shelf, a double bed and a bedside table. The price is 1247£ including bills.
The room 2:
The room is furnished and contains a wide built-in wardrobe, a chest of drovers, a desk, a double bed and a bedside table. The price is 1247£ including bills.
The flat:
The flat is freshly renovated and has a beautiful parquet floor which was also laid in the four bedrooms. The open and fully equipped kitchen leads into a spacious living room with tv, two sofas, dining table and a small balcony. The toilet and the shower room are separate. The flat contains a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and wifi.
The location:
The area is very well connected to public transport. Farringdon Station, which you reach in 5 minutes by foot, offers connections with the Elisabeth line (direct train to Heathrow) as well as Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line and National rail services (direct connection to Luton and to Gatwick airports). Furthermore, there are busses in all directions.
If you prefer to explore the city on foot or by bike, you can reach the thriving Angel, Soho or Shoreditch districts in 10-20 minutes. If you work in the City of London district, you can be at Towerbridge in 15 minutes.
The area is very quiet and safe despite its central location. For daily groceries there is Waitrose and Tesco right next to the flat and there is also no lack of pubs and cafes in the area.
Your flatmates:
Now to the most important: You will be living with one Parisian girl, Mathilde, 27, working in Banking, Amsterdam boy, Daan, 28, working as engineer.
Since it would go beyond the scope of this post to list all of our hobbies, here is a summary: We are sporty (jogging, tennis, squash, ...), like cooking, going to the pub for a pint (or 2,3...)and are generally rather extroverted people. However, the flat also offers us a cosy retreat, which is definitely needed in this city.
If you are interested, please send me a message and quick description of you to arrange a viewing. We look forward’s to meeting you!
