Hello I am looking for a new tenant to take on my contract from July the 18th until September minimum ( with a possibility to renew the contract). There is a security deposit of 3 months upfront (you’ll get it back at the end of your tenancy). Another room is also available for the same price, move in date asap.

The room is furnished (with desk, wardrobe, double bed, mirror). There is no living room. Extra storage space in the corridor.
The kitchen is pretty and includes a laundry machine, dryer, oven, microwave and fryer. I would advise getting a dehumidifier for my room.

You would be living with and 3 boys (19-24 years old). They are lovely, peaceful and enjoy an occasional meet up at the pub. I am looking for a same age tenant : clean, easily social and queer friendly. 🏳️‍🌈The landlord is great, they will listen to your needs.

The area is super safe and residential. It is conveniently located in central, close to Elizabeth line, central line, Hammersmith and city and the Circle line. 15 min walk to British museum.

I genuinely had an amazing time living in this flat (a bit sad to give it up lol) and would 100% recommend it.

If successful future tenant will have to pay 50 quid for the contract fee. (Sorry it’s how it works)
