It's in an intercollegiate student accommodation hall called Yugo's Therese House, located in the heart of Farringdon, placing it in the centre of London. It's a 3 minute walk from Farringdon station and a less than 3 minute walk to Barbican station, giving you direct access to multiple underground lines.

The room has an ensuite bathroom with a private shower and the room itself is very spacious for student accom. It has three windows and a view of a church that looks lovely in every season. The room comes with free wifi, multiple charging outlets and heating. The room also has a lot of storage space and a wardrobe. It also has a mirror in the bathroom and a full length mirror. The door has multiple coat hangers.

It also provides you access with a shared kitchen on the level, shared with about 5 other students of various ages. The accommodation also has multiple communal areas to meet people, and it even has a cinema area!

You must be a student studying in London in order to rent out this space.

COSTS:
£420- bills included, a week as stated in the official contract.
