The room is a living room conversion, so it’s much more spacious than a typical bedroom, and thanks to two huge windows that slide open fully, it gets incredible natural light and airflow; my favourite feature of the space.
The Flat:
Since we're students and away for the summer, you'll essentially have the entire flat to yourself! One flatmate might return briefly in August, and both will be back during the final week of the tenancy to collect their belongings. The home is well-kept, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a clean shared bathroom- which, given the circumstances, will be yours to enjoy. The overall atmosphere is warm, quiet, and peaceful.
The Area:
You’ll be right on Leather Lane, a safe and vibrant street that transforms into the famous Leather Lane Market (weekdays from noon–3pm), packed with global street food and great energy. The area is buzzing with professionals and students, and full of restaurants, cafés, and late-night shops... everything you need is at your doorstep.
