Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who just bought a flat and is leaving on 4th Feb.

The flat is located 2 min away from Farringdon station. It is a 2-bed 85m2 penthouse with a large terrace/rooftop (only for the flat, not shared) perfect for drinks in the summer, plus a large storage room which includes a mattress for guests (last pic shown). Modern and high end finitions and agency very responsive when needed. The room also includes the large wooden chest of drawers shown in the pics. Very central location, 20 min walk from Covent Garden, from Angel, from the City, or Shoreditch (all 5-10 min by bike).

Looking for someone:
* Working full-time
* To take the lease from 4th February 2026 (contract is 1 year with possible breaking clause)
* Price is £1,325 per month + charges and council tax

I am a 28yo expat from France working in development finance, I’ve been at the flat for 4 years (it's now decorated more than in the pics). I like running, gym, playing football, but also concerts and dj sets, traveling. I have my own life outside of the flat but of course would welcome joint plans/dinners/etc from time to time :)
