It's definitely the best located - 2 mins walk from Farringdon (Lizzie line/National Rail, Metropolitan/ Hammersmith and City) and all the amazing foodie options and historic pubs. You're right in the heart of old London here, a 15 minute stroll from St. Paul's and 5 minutes from Smithfield Market. It's perfect for history lovers or those who enjoy a scenic walk.
We're also 3 minutes from Fabric nightclub... it's a great place to start the night. Nearby are a Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, Boots, Post Office, several gyms and numerous Prets.

-THE FLAT-

A Dickensian vision of grand old London but with modern plumbing. Spread over three floors, the centrepiece is the impressive living room with 3 metre ceilings. The house was built in the 1720s and every wall has its original wood panelling. We are also above a historic pub - the Holy Tavern - where you can get 50% off drinks. If that's not a reason to apply we don't know what is.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, and bedside table.
Bright and airy, enjoy natural light from a large window with a scenic view. Warm atmosphere and cosy feel with soft carpeting and modern curtains.
It is located on the top floor so the bathroom is shared with just one other tenant on that floor.

- YOU-

We're looking for housemates who can join the fun and outgoing vibe of the house. We enjoy going to parties and nights out on the weekend and more sofa-based stuff in the week. Ideally we'd like someone who is full time or part time in the office rather than working entirely from the flat.
