Description

I have lived in my home for about five years now, and I have a spare room that hasn’t really been used since the pandemic era of working from home. The room is currently set up as a guest bedroom and a study, but we could rearrange.

The flat itself is very spacious by London standards, with a large open plan living room, a bathroom with a window (unheard of in new build flats) and the bedrooms to the back of the building.

I’m an architect and work just next door, and try to make the most of central London’s amenities. The Barbican Centre is a stroll away, both the Almeida and the National Theatre are nearby. We have the finest pubs of London, and half a dozen Michelin starred restaurants, if one can ever afford them.

I have had part time lodgers in the past, but giving a full time flatmate a go, if I can find a right person. Move in date can be flexible.
