Bedroom Available In Farringdon/Angel/Islington

i’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. currently living in king square gardens but i have to move out due to medical issues.

i live within 10 mins distance to farringdon station, barbican station, angel and old street station, and there are several bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance so easily accessible.

in terms of the neighbourhood- there’s a tescos/waitrose within 5 mins walking distance but there’s a cafe, corner shop and several restaurants within a minute walking distance away. in addition to this angel shopping centre is less than 10 minute walking distance.

my room has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and study table and we share a a bathroom and kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air-fryer and ample storage space.

i live with 3 lovely girls. the rent is £242 per week without bills so significantly low compared to other flat prices in the area. bills are approximately £15-20 a week if you’re a student. please feel free to message me for more details!!
