The room: Large double bedroom with two windows and plenty of natural light. Furnished with a double bed and bedside drawers. Own bathroom.

The flat: A proper flat with real character next to St Paul's Cathedral. Generous living room with high ceilings and big windows, separate kitchen, and separate bathroom with bath and shower. A friend of mine lived in this same flat for two years and loved both the place and the area, which is a big reason I'm so keen on it.

The location: Farringdon, Barbican, and Chancery Lane all walkable. Old Street and Shoreditch a short bus or cycle away.
