I'm easy to live with and my ideal flatmate would be the same.
I don't have a strict minimum term as I understand plans change, hence I don't ask for a minimum duration. However, I would prefer the person to have the intention of staying for at least 3 months.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, which has a lift in a secure building. There is a small communal garden area for the residents.

Your own bathroom (this is the main bathroom as I have an en-suite)

Note there is no desk. You're welcome to work in the living room occasionally, such as 1 day a week, but it's not suitable for more than that.
