I'm looking for a student to take over my room at Urbanest City (35 Vine Street, EC3N 2PX) available from June till mid September 2026.

- £335 per week (all bills included)
- Private room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen/living area (shared with two chill and clean roommates) on the 5th floor
- Facilities: study areas, cinema room, social spaces, and 24/7 reception & security
- Great location, only 3 minutes from Tower Hill station and Aldgate Station

The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a dishwasher.

Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building. There is also storage for bikes.
