Double room in family home

We are a family of four living in a quiet residential road in Finchley Central. My children are 11and 17 so are relatively busy doing their own thing and generally quiet. We have a spare sunny double room to rent. The bathroom is not en suite but it is next door to the room which is shared there is also a shower room on the next floor. There is park 5 mins walk and the high street where you will find Tesco, Aldi and Waitrose. West Finchley tube is a 5-10 min walk Finchley Central tube is a 10-15 mins walk. There are also good bus routes into central London. Would probably suit a student or young professional.
