Affordable accommodation offered in FINCHLEY – N3 area, excellent opportunity for a mature Female preferred Homesharers who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
There are several bus routes outside the flat.
The train station is a 5 minutes’ walk from the flat to Finchley Central Underground. The station is in Travelcard Zone 4, between West Finchley and East Finchley on the Northern line.
There are a number of shops where the flat is located, including Sainsburys, Tesco cafes and a number of multi ethnic shops.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her early 80's she lives in a lovely 2 bedroom flat with beautiful gardens which faces a park in Finchley. She is a semi-retired lecturer; she is an optimist with a positive attitude to life and enjoys the company of like-minded people who have a good sense of humour like herself.
She is engaged in research for a new book and spends most days on this work, she is a member of David Lloyd, she also enjoys walking, some interests are craft based, concert and theatre going, reading and socializing with friends.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly female, someone who is tidy and someone who can integrate with the householder who is calm, kind and helpful.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious 2 bedroom flat situated on a private estate set in beautiful gardens and well back from the main road, there is no traffic noise.
The homesharer will have a large room with a single bed. Table/desk chair at the window, overlooks the beautiful garden, Cupboards, plenty of storage.
There is shared facilities of the kitchen and sitting room/dining room.
Internet is available

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
