We are a lovely, friendly family of 2, all working professionals who are looking for a flatmate to fill in our spare room. This room gives full privacy in our 3 level house, located on the top floor. It has a shower and toilet, a working space with a desk, wardrobe space, and a TV. A bed and matress is also already provided.

You also have access to our kitchen.

We are looking for 1-2 female roommates, preferably a student.
If only 1, the rent will be £900
If it’s for 2, the rent will be £1700

You have your own fridge/freezer.

Please note we have a friendly pet cat.

All bills inclusive!

It's in a quiet area in Finchely, a 10 min walk to West Finchely tube station, and Woodside Park Station (both northern line tube stations, 30 min travelling into central London).

There's a local coffee shop and convenience shop. High street is only 5 min away.
