Modern flat share in North Finchley

I'm looking for a friendly, female flatmate to take over my room in this gorgeous 2 bed flat in North Finchley. 10 mins walk from the tube on the Northern line. Available mid - end of October.

I’m moving out from sharing with my mum who is young-spirited, open, friendly, happy and single woman. She works full-time, from home 2 days a week and wants someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the space. Her friends are a wide age range between 30's and 60's and she does pilates and yoga at home, likes walking, reading, listening to music, theatre, cinema, exploring London finding great places for coffee, brunch and occasionally dinner. She’d like to share with someone who wants to become friends as well as a flatmate but is also conscious of personal space! :)

The details:

You'll have a double bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom, which has a bath and a large walk in shower. The room looks out onto a big west facing balcony, which has a table and 2 chairs, lots of plants and a relaxing swinging egg chair and looks down onto the small communal garden below with no other properties overlooking. There’s a large built in wardrobe in the room with lots of hanging space and a large shelf for jumpers etc. There two large chest of drawers too.

The flat is spacious and full of light with a really efficient heating system which means it's always very warm. There is already absolutely everything you need here incl cooking utensils and all the essentials.
