I grew up in London and own the house. I live here with my dog Max and my long term lodger Abigail from Sheffield who now works in the City.
We are both often away weekends so it’s a quiet house.

I am looking for a 2nd lodger who likes a quiet life but also someone independent who wants to share but will from time to time have the whole place to themselves.

NOTE: we all share one large luxury family bathroom with both shower cubicle and bath. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail. (NOTE: there is only one WC in the house) see photos

Double bed with solid wood frame, new Molblly memory foam mattress in a lovely warm bright room with a built in wardrobe, alcove space for storage and additionally if required desk, lamp and desk chair.
Laminate flooring (rug can be provided if you want). Curtains and double glazed windows. NB: I might add windows shutters in future too if wanted.

Room size: 12ft x 9ft plus useful alcove and a built in wardrobe.
Note - stairs bulkhead in the corner of room acts as a side table or seat.
Note - not really suitable if you have lots of furniture or need lots of floor space for your things. But there is an empty alcove.
