I work for a charity, grew up in London and own the house. I live here with my lovely lodger Abigail from Sheffield and my dog Max. I’m often away and Abi works in the City and is also often away weekends so it’s often a quiet house. We are looking for a 2nd lodger who likes a quiet life but also someone independent who wants to share but will from time to time have the whole place to themselves.
NOTE: we all share one large luxury family bathroom with both shower cubicle and bath. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
**Please also note: I have a friendly Westie - so you must like dogs but no cats sorry :)

Double bed with solid wood frame, new Molblly memory foam mattress in a lovely warm bright room with a built in wardrobe, alcove space for storage and additionally if required desk, lamp and desk chair.
Laminate flooring (rug can be provided if you want). Curtains and double glazed windows. NB: I might add windows shutters in future too if wanted.
Room size: 12ft x 9ft plus useful alcove and a built in wardrobe.
Note - stairs bulkhead in the corner of room acts as a side table or seat.
Note - not really suitable if you have lots of furniture or need lots of floor space for your things. But there is an empty alcove.
One beautiful high spec bathroom for us all to share with underfloor heating and heated towel rail
(NOTE: there is only one WC in the house) includes luxury double ended bath and separate rainfall shower cubicle.
One fabulous kitchen to share with underfloor heating, dishwasher, gas hob, double electric oven and microwave also includes a utilities corner with washing machine and tumble dryer.
One super comfortable lounge to share with recliner sofa, dining table/chairs for 4, cosy wood burner, smart tv with Netflix, Prime, Desk and an armchair.
