About the Flatmate: The current flatmate is a quiet, respectful, and clean young professional from Bristol in his early thirties, completing a Psychology PhD while working full-time as a psychologist in the NHS.

Utilities:

Rent does not include council tax, gas, electricity, or internet, which is shared between both flatmates.
Water and building charges are included

Please note: While pretty much all of the furniture shown in the photos will remain, the plants are not included, though the current flatmate is working to repopulate :)
