Large Bright Room in Pretty Artists House

Whilst my son is at Uni abroad for a year, I am looking for a lodger for his very large bright double room. It overlooks the garden and has a desk, wardrobe and TV. My bedroom and bathroom are on a different floor. I sometimes have a foreign english language student staying here so the bathroom would be shared with them or for sole use. I'm always told my house has a lovely warm vibe. I've recently had a new kitchen and it's a really pleasant space to sit in as is the lounge and dining room.
I'd ideally like a uni based mature or post graduate student or an office based worker but definitely not someone working from home. Whilst I'm very friendly and welcoming, I'm
more comfortable with a lodger who is happy to chill in their room rather than share common space every night. I have an elderly and much adored cat called Millie so being an animal lover is a must.
