Double room in a quite apartment

I have a double room available in my two bedroom flat. It is located close to Woodside Park station (Northern Line), great shops, restaurants and amenities.

The room comes fully furnished and has use of a modern fitted kitchen with own fridge freezer, own cupboard space and own worktop area. There is a also a bathroom. Included in the rent is gas, water, electricity and council tax.

You will be sharing the flat with myself and my partner. We are a easy going couple who are often out so often you will have the flat and living room to yourself. We are both very social and would be more than happy to show you are the great spots of North Finchley!

We would prefer a single occupant, however would consider a couple but will increase the rent slightly accordingly.
