Short Term Let only in Lovely Artists Home

This is a lovely large double room with desk in my gorgeous 5 bedroomed house in Finchley. The room is my son's who is at uni and will be returning home for the holidays so it is only available from now until around 13th December and then from January for 12 weeks maximum. I'm happy to do short lets before or after xmas.
The room is spacious and bright and shares a bathroom with my adorable lodger who is here doing an MA at UCL for a year. My bedroom and bathroom are on a different floor. I'm always told my house has a lovely warm vibe. I've recently had a new kitchen and it's a really pleasant space to sit and eat in as is the lounge and dining room.
I'd ideally like a uni based mature or post graduate student or an office based worker but definitely not someone working from home or based from here in the daytime. I have an elderly and much adored cat called Millie. References would be essential.
