Room in a house for dog lovers

I have a lovely double room available from the 1st March in a house with myself and my two beautiful dogs Minnie and Marshall.

The house has on street parking and a driveway for 2 cars and is a 4 minute walk to West Finchley tube station. Also a short walk away are shops and other amenities, parks and more.

There are 3 bedrooms but I’m looking for 1 housemate to share with. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and social/lounge area and two bathrooms. There is an additional snug/lounge with a TV with many subscriptions I. e Netflix, Disney plus. All bills included.

The reason the rent is so low is I’m looking for someone who either works from home, a student, works evenings or has limited time in the office. I’m looking for someone that can be around at least 5 hours between the hours of 9-5pm for my dogs to be around and let them out in the garden and occasionally feed them. I am Nurse working in sexual and reproductive health and I’m out the house 10 hours a day Monday-Friday. I have a dog walker but they need more company! They are very affectionate and easy going. All they want is love and cuddles. I have a dog walker so walking isn’t needed - just to be around. I’m also looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of the home environment .

A little more about me! I love a chat and cooking although sometimes I’m too tired and will indulge in the occasional takeaway. I love art and photography and have a bit of a Polaroid hobby. I’m very passionate about my work as a nurse. I went to an international school and have friends all over that sometimes come to visit and I occasionally also go and visit. I’m currently on a bit of 00’s crime show binge/rewatch. I have a boyfriend who stays at the house 1-2 nights per week and I stay at his 1-2 nights per week (the dogs come too) usually at the weekends. He’s a teacher and so sometimes myself and the dogs will stay with him during the school holidays. I’m bisexual and left wing. If you are conservative we might not be a good fit! I’m also an omnivore.
