Room for Student(s) in Gorgeous Family Home

This is a bright twin room, suitable for one or two students (£1550pm double occupancy) in our friendly, peaceful and relaxed 5 bed, 2 bath, family home. You'll share a bathroom with my 2 sons - a 23 yr old at Uni in London and a 22 yr old who has just graduated and will move back here from uni -part time from September.

For one student, I can easily replace the second bed with a desk. For two students sharing the room, I could give you use of a desk in another spare bedroom.

I'm always told the house has a welcoming and warm vibe. The modern kitchen is a relaxed and pleasant space to eat and overlook the pretty garden. Your room is at the back of the house and faces the garden.

We are a very friendly family and would want you to feel totally at home here.

The road is quiet and residential and is a quick easy bus or tube ride into central london. There are supermarkets, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk.

I'd ideally like a mature or post grad student who is at Uni during the daytime and wants to stay for the academic year.

As a servant to an elderly and much adored cat and mum to a gay son, please only message if you are both cat and LGBTQ friendly! References are essential.
